The key persons in contact  with your in house team are the following: 

Carole Emard,

President

Mrs Emard founded Communications Declick in 1994; the company's name has recently been changed to Softclic Solutions Inc. Prior to the company's founding, Mrs Emard held many managerial positions in the petroleum and the environmental protection sector. She is co-author of the book ISO 14000 – Système de management environnemental. 

Since 1997, her activities were focused on software localisation and providing software training. Amongst many accomplishments, she has been responsible for the shipment of French localised Environmental Information Management System for Caribou Systems products and the localisation of many components of SRB International’s French Student Information Management such as Trillium’s Help file. Mrs. Emard earned her bachelor degree in chemical engineering at the Ecole Polytechnique Montreal and her MBA at McGill University in Montreal, Canada. She also has many MCP’s certifications (Microsoft Certified Professional).

Gioia Sallustio-Jarvis,

Educational Consultant

 

Mrs. Sallustio-Jarvis has been an educator for close to 30 years. Her field of expertise is at the post-secondary level, particularly in professional and technical education. She also has extensive experience in program and curriculum design and development, and is well versed in Records and Information Management Over the span of her career, she was responsible for securing the financing, as well as the development and the implementation of two bilingual business programs offered in two major Albertan post-secondary institutions. Both of these programs were offered in partnership with several key stakeholders and providers of services. She has also remained current with business practices by periodically holding various managerial positions in the private sector.

Mrs. Sallustio-Jarvis has a Bachelor of Professional Education from the Univeristé du Québec à Hull, as well as a Professional Certificate in College Education from the Université de Sherbrooke in Québec.

 

Linda St-Pierre,

Project
co-ordinator 
& translator

 

Mrs St-Pierre contributes to our team a valuable experience in translation of over 20 years in various sectors including environmental protection and construction sectors. She was also involved for many years in project management and in the import-export trade at an international level.

Mrs St-Pierre earned her Bachelor of Education at Laval University, Quebec, Canada. She has also completed FITT’s training program (Forum for International Trade Training) and studies in Accounting at Kentucky University, USA.
